Version 2 based on Big Bad Con feedback

So I took Search and Destroy to Big Bad Con 2019, and actually played it. That revealed some changes needed to be made, and the game is better for it. If you got the Big Bad version, I went in and fixed a bunch of those by hand, this Version 2 basically folds those changes into the document.
